School History

Collegiate Charter School of Lowell is a tuition-free public charter academy, providing an academically challenging program in a safe, structured environment.  The school opened its doors in 2013, originally serving students enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 3.  The school is now Kindergarten through Grade 6 for the 2016-2017 school year. Thereafter, an additional grade level will be added each year until the school has a full K-12 program.CCSL is a member of the global SABIS® School Network that has an active presence in 20 countries on five continents and educates over 70,000 students.

Collegiate Charter School of Lowell (CCSL) will be a provider of top-quality education to a highly diverse student body. CCSL will prepare all students for success in college, equip them with the ability and desire for lifelong learning, and strengthen their civic, ethical, and moral values. CCSL will maintain high standards of efficiency and accountability throughout its operation.
